AudiologyIS is a privately owned, manufacturer agnostic, audiology-specific training company that teaches Hearing Healthcare Specialists how to increase their treatment ratios.  Founded by highly successful Audiologists, our mission is to provide the tools to help more people hear better.

What We Do:


Our Roadmap to Successful Dispensing™ is a proprietary, comprehensive training regimen, developed and taught by highly successful dispensing audiologists. It is a step-by-step process of understanding how to effectuate changes in people’s mindset to help more patients say "Yes" to better hearing. The Roadmap incorporates clinical best practices and provides a comprehensive methodology managing the patient from the time they enter your office until well after they become a treated patient with hearing aids. Converting more patients already walking into your office is more productive, efficient and cost-effective than more marketing dollars spent on getting new prospective patients.



How We Do It:


For Clinics With Three Or More Providers:

The Roadmap is an intensive 60-day program including a live seminar followed by five webinars. Our trainers come to your practice for an intense, hands-on, one day training seminar. We know that change is difficult so AudiologyIS provides follow up with practice-specific, weekly webinars for four weeks post-training to offer support, answer questions and ensure accountability. An additional webinar 60 days post-training affords another opportunity for questions and answers after your practitioners have had ample time to exercise their new skills. Participants earn AAA and IHS CEUs.


For Clinics With Fewer Than Three Providers:

The same content is provided via live webinar over two half days (giving you time to see patients  - no need to shut down for the day).  We know that change is difficult so AudiologyIS provides follow up with weekly webinars for four weeks post-training to offer support, answer questions and ensure accountability.  An additional webinar 60 days post-training affords another opportunity for questions and answers after you have had ample time to exercise their new skills.  Participants earn AAA and IHS CEUs.



AudiologyIS’s sales training faculty is comprised exclusively of highly successful audiologists who are still in practice and
consistently convert 80%+ of their evaluations into hearing aid fittings using this step-by-step methodology.
